Lego House

Lego House

Ever built a Lego house? Do you recall how you approached that project no matter how miniature, with just a stack of bricks, either in a stash, a heap, or scattered all about maybe by a frustrated other sibling, or else.

One thing you learn from building Legos is that no matter how ugly or impossible the situation looks, something utterly beautiful can come right out of it, once you put your heart to it.

So you begin your project,  happily or not, with that in mind.

Same story of everyone who ever made something out of what seemed like nothing.

That said, same as Lego bricks, It's a fallen world, make no mistake about that. If you make any mistake at all, please not about this one.  This one non-mistske will save you from so much pain land inner turmoil.

It will hand you the understanding you require to deal with much around you and win.

Again for added emphasis I say,

"Make no friggin mistake about it. This, my friend, is a fallen, broken, out of joint, stack of Lego pieces, world".

Now just as Lego, each person is dealt different pieces to make something beautiful out of it.

Those pieces together, are called, Life.

And the journey of piecing it all together, is the "living" and "process" of the life we're all dealt.

Not one person, no not one, has it all perfect and hokey dorey (don't be fooled); nothing at all, is a walk in the park.

So, life is to be lived intentionally, enthusiastically, and patiently (the constant application, rather than the endless waiting definition)

Knowing, that life is a test of resilience, of preparedness, of understanding and what you have stored up, (whether garbage or gold) for that canny thing they say, that what you sow is what you reap, in an uncanny sort of way, is most true.

So we get up intentionally, strategically, and we sow, we water, we nurture, and sow some more, and keep sowing and nurturing.

Yet again as they say,

"there's seed time and harvest time" for surely, in its time, harvest time will arrive by the cycles.

And so, our fulfilment.

Question; How much colour do we as individuals, bring to bear on life??

When our glass is half full, do we see it as half empty only? And shut ourselves off from other legitimate and truest of perspectives?

Can we weave a story into a beautiful loom or are we locked in our limiting boxes, unable to think outside of it??

Blindsided ??

Utterly blind??

Here's hoping that we find on this blog a hand; holding and urging us to snap out of whatever limiting ideas we have. And win.

You're not alone; your tribe will find you as you also seek to find them.

Win sister, win.

For yourself.

For your offspring.

For those looking on, waiting on you to pass that baton,

Waiting to fly where you've run,

Cos you're leaving it better than you met it.

So help us God!

Ndidi Adekunle

Ndidi Olamide Adekunle, the Lord's Handmaiden as she likes to be remembered, is first a woman hungry for the truth of God, then a loving wife to a Missionary Evangelist, mother to three growing kids, a Consultant for the Education industry in her country Nigeria, and an Intentional Parenting advocate.

In that order.

She's had her fair share of  life's trials and tests and has come to know for herself without a doubt, the efficacy of God's word given to man, and of the blood of Jesus shed for man.

Having come to understand also, that the mind and heart of Abba Father, is an intimate relationship with His people. As such, His standing plan for the restoration of all things, to man, here on earth, and ultimately in the New Creation.

Where sin abounds, His grace doth much more abound.

This she knows, is Truth and desires that all may come to the same practical understanding, and together we may walk in it, and grow in it.

So help us God.
