Hope is Here
Many of us feel so hopeless and worthless because of what has been said to us growing up or the experiences we have had because of how we were treated.
Today, I have come to tell you that there is hope, and you can begin again and chat about a new course for yourself.
You teach people and show them how you want to be treated by
- Being assertive.
- The way you carry and comport yourself.
-The way you respond to others.
- The decorum as a lady.
- The way you dress.
- The way you talk.
- The way you eat.
-The way you respect others.
- The way you treat others.
- Your attitude will determine your altitude.
- Having a heart of gratitude.
- Seeing the good in things and not always the bad of things.
- Being intentional about unlearning bad habits.
- Accepting you have some flaws that need to be worked on and working towards doing it.
There is more ahead of you than what is behind you.
So put the past behind you and press forward.
Rejection is part of life.
Pain and trauma are part of life.
Failure is part of life.
Ups and downs are part of the journey of life.
Stop the I can't.
Drown all the limiting beliefs.
Nothing good comes easy.
Because it is hard doesn't mean it can't be done or achieved.
Persevere.
Be consistent
Be disciplined.
Be committed to a thing.
Follow through, and don't give up because it's hard.
Could you start to say I can?
Renew your mind.
Could you change your thinking?
As you do this, your circle of friends changes too.
Your habits change too.
Your confidence starts to increase.

Learn a new skill.
Set goals.
I’d appreciate it if you could get a mentor.
Be accountable.
